The nitrogen gas spring uses the high-pressure nitrogen gas as the gas source. It has the stabile spring force, smaller cubage, reliable working function, long working life and other good features. Its merits will replace the springs like the die springs, rubber springs, air mat springs and etc. When you use them in the molds, you can get a smaller mold in volume, a shorten making time, reduced test times of the mold and to increase the success rate. It can improve the quality of products and increase a good rate of finished products. It has a highly economic value. It has widely been used in the die tools (stamping), forming, fields of automobiles, plastic injection molds, large-scale metal forming industries, machinery equipments and other many fields gradually.
